As part of the Membership, the Company shall provide the following to the Client:

A Password Protected Member Area: The Company shall maintain a Member Area that will include video, audio, and written lessons, templates, worksheets, checklists, slide decks, and other training and support information, such as references to additional materials. You shall have access to this Member Area for as long as you stay a paying member of the Membership.

In the event that Company intends to close the Member Area, it shall provide clients with a 30-day notice and the ability to download the core resources contained in the Member Area.

From time to time, the Company will offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Membership in a specified period. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered to you at the time of your enrollment. 

Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the Membership and vary depending on promotions throughout the year.

The Client understands that Sinem Günel and Philip Hofmacher (herein referred to as “Coach”) and SP Freedom OG are not an employee, agent, lawyer, doctor, manager, therapist, public relations or business manager, registered dietician, financial analyst, psychotherapist, or accountant. 

Client understands that Coach has not promised, shall not be obligated to, and will not; (1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for Client; (2) Perform any business management functions including but not limited to accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist providing psychoanalysis, psychological counseling or behavioral therapy; (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to procure any publicity, interviews, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for Client; (6) introduce Client to Consultant’s full network of contacts, media partners or business partners. Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after canceling the subscription to the Membership. If the Parties continue their relationship, a separate agreement will be entered into.

- To cancel your subscription to the Membership, log in to your member area. Click the user icon located in the top-right corner of any page. Click "Manage Subscriptions" from the dropdown menu to find the details of your subscription and payments, and cancel your subscription.

- If you have questions or need any support to cancel your subscription, send an email to support@writebuildscale.com at the latest 48 hours before your next billing cycle starts. Make sure you are aware of your billing cycle by checking the details on your purchase confirmation email and in your member account.

- If the next billing cycle has started and your next payment has been made, you can not cancel your subscription before the end of that renewed cycle.

- We do not offer any refunds or delayed cancellations. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to cancel the subscription via email on time (48 hours before the start of your next billing cycle).

The checkout process is handled via Teachable, which is also where all training materials are hosted. Teachable has proven to be a reliable partner and can assist you with any specific-tax requests.

Specifically, you shall not share any information provided by other Membership members outside of the bounds of the Membership unless you receive permission to share the information. 

The content of the Membership contains the Company’s proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates, and other information. 

You hereby agree not to share the information provided to You in the Membership with anyone other than the Company, its owners and employees, and other participants.
